Our new Silicone Molding Area is separated from the rubber molding machines to avoid any contamination between materials, it is also modular and offers the possibility for future developments and implementations.

In Novotema a few days ago we witnessed the spectacular delivery of a new 8,500 kg refrigeration system, which was "dropped" in its site, next to the production plant.

Novotema organized a symbolic and inclusive event on the International day for the elimination of violence against women to show the support for this important cause, namely November the 25^th.

Novotema has chosen the path of sustainable development and it’s now  pursuing it with a new project, currently in progress. This project has plenty of goals: increase of energy efficiency, waste reduction, reduction of the environmental impact, lowering energy consumption and, last but not least, cost savings.

Novotema decided to install in its plant in Villongo, Italy a cutting edge fume abatement system in order to replace the previous one which has been in use for several years now. This decision witnesses Novotema’s great attention to the safeguard of the health of its staff and of the residents of the surrounding area and also confirms the company's sensitivity towards the environmental topics.
